We keep the clients vision and ideas at the heart of what we do, supporting you a long the way and helping you make decisions. We are flexible in our approach and can adapt to tight timeframes - with a studio full of props we already have most of what we need to throw the best party that your guests will remember for years to come. We love how people behave in different spaces and so we always want sure our set up meets your exceptions and that the atmosphere is just as you wanted.

Initial / Consultation

Tell us about your party plans and we’ll curate bespoke ideas

Party Space / Design

The design process begins with a visit to your party venue. This is where your ideas can really come to life and the plans to style your space begin.

Party / Concept  

We present to you a detailed plan of how the party will look and feel. This may consist of a mood board and bespoke style concept. 

Gathering / Suppliers 

We can help to source and liaise with your chosen suppliers throughout the process, ensuring that all the details work with your bespoke style plan.

Venue / Set up

If the venue allows, we set up the day prior to your event, if not we will set up on the day and build our team accordingly. We will be there until all the suppliers have set up and the space is ready to party.

Break / Down 

We return to your venue the day after your event to break down the set up and take away our props and decor.
